Courses
Where the number of course lessons is shown, this corresponds to the particular school's practice and one lesson may last from 40-60 minutes - the number of minutes per lesson is usually shown on the website. The exact number of lessons shown on the website could be somewhat reduced due to the initial level test which usually takes place on the first Monday of the course (sometimes no classes are missed, often the first 2 lessons are missed, and occasionally the whole of the first Monday is missed). There may also be some missed hours due to evaluation testing during the course. The company does not accept any liability for lessons missed due to these reasons and no refunds will be given where lessons are missed due to testing.
In the rare event that there are very few participants on the group course (usually four or less) there might be given reduced number of lessons per week or if you are the only student of your level, and you are enrolled on a group course, the school may offer you individual tuition up to the value you have paid for group classes, rather than put you in a class at the wrong level.
The company will not refund any monies to a client who applies for a course requiring a specific level and is then found to be unable to join the course after the initial level test. In this case, the client will be offered a suitable alternative by the school and any difference in price (if the alternative course is less expensive) may be refunded by the company.

Accommodation
Where accommodation is shown for one week, this means 6 nights from Sunday to Saturday, unless otherwise indicated. However, if you spend less than 6 nights in your accommodation in any particular week, you will not receive any discount. For arrival or departure other than indicated on the website, a supplement may be payable.

Excursions and Activities
Descriptions of activities and excursions which accompany the language courses are for guidance only, unless specifically noted in the confirmation invoice. Some activities may not run at all or may be substituted by other activities. In low season, there may be no activities organized at all for adult courses.

Materials and Transfers
Course materials, examination fees, airport transfers, and the cost of activities and excursions are not included except where specifically stated.
Level test in the beginning of the course and Final Certificate of attendance on completion of course are always included in the price unless specifically stated.

Public Holidays
Where a course takes place during a public holiday, no lessons will take place on that day and no reduction in price will be given except where specifically stated. Individual classes are usually rescheduled (but not always) but group classes are usually forfeited. The list of public holidays are available in the web so we feel that it is the client's responsibility to check whether there will be any public holidays at the time of their stay in the respective country.

Booking and Payment
After the Company receives the Booking from the Client (filled information of the Payer, Student and Invoice) the Company issues a deposit (the amount of the deposit depends on the school´s Terms&Conditions, but is never less than 250 EUR) or full-fees invoice along with Student Application Form by email the next business day after the Booking is received.
The Student Application Form should be completed in electronic form or in handwriting in clear capital letters and sent to the Company by email when the deposit or full fees for the program are paid.
After the Company receives the filled Student Application Form and the deposit or full-fees, the Company starts the process of final booking. The Company sends the Confirmation of Booking received from school usually in 1-5 business days after starting the process of booking.

In case if it appeared to be no availability for chosen accommodation at the school, the Company reserves the right to offer another type of accommodation in the same school or shall try to offer another school which fulfills the student´s requirements.
In case if it appeared to be no availability for the chosen course, the Company reserves the right to offer another course in the same school or shall try to offer another school which fulfills the student´s requirements.
If the client agrees in written form with another option offered the Company shall make all the efforts to book this option. If the new price is higher that the initial one, the client will have to pay the balance to the Company for which a new invoice will be issued by email.
If the client is not satisfied with other options offered the Company will refund all the fees paid minus bank fees.

No contract is made between the company and the client and no booking is valid until the company has issued a confirmation invoice (letter) from school by e-mail. (An e-mail acknowledging receipt of an order does not constitute a confirmation invoice.)
If the full balance of the booked programme price is not paid by the Full Fee date shown on the initial confirmation/invoice, the company reserves the right to cancel the client's booking and to impose the cancellation charges of the school.

Prices and Surcharges
The charges which make up the total booked programme price plus any applicable supplements and surcharges will be as stated in our price calculator on the web site. The prices are valid until further notice but are subject to change at any time if they are not accompanied by full payment or a deposit - once a deposit or full payment is made, the prices will not change, even if they are changed on the website.
Once a full payment is made the Company will absorb any charges arising after receipt of the final balance. Once a full payment is made, the prices will not change, even if they are changed on the website.
Should there be a favorable currency fluctuation, the company reserves the right to leave prices unaltered.

In the event when original documents have to be produced and sent to the client, this could be done either by ordinary post or via express mail service (by the choosing of the Company). These services would be charged extra depending on the mail service of Company choosing. The Company will make every effort possible to choose provider of the service with the lowest cost. The Company cannot be held responsible for the mailing company inability to provide the service or loss and damage of the mail.

Alterations by the Company
The company will do its utmost to provide the arrangements that have been confirmed, but it must reserve the right to modify or cancel any programme if unforeseen circumstances arise. If the company cancels or significantly alters an essential element of the client's programme for reasons of force majeure, on or before the date when the payment of the balance becomes due, the company shall inform the client as soon as possible and shall offer them the choice of an alternative programme of at least comparable standard if available. If the company is unable to offer an alternative of similar price, the company will offer the nearest available alternative and will require the difference to be paid by the client if the new price is higher.
If force majeure occurs while the programme is in progress, the company will try to make reasonable alternative arrangements but cannot be held responsible if no such option are available. If an event of force majeure has occurred and no alternative options will be available or agreed upon by the client the company will refund ONLY the amount that it would receive from the School minus bank fees for the transfer within 1 month.

Liability of the Company
The Company accepts responsibility for ensuring that all parts of the programme are supplied as described and that all services shall reach reasonable standard. However the company shall not be liable for the failure or improper performance of these services where such failure or improper performance is attributable to a) the fault of the client, b) the unforeseeable or unavoidable actions of an unconnected third party, c) unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company's suppliers control, including force majeure (or delay, overbooking or cancellation by an airline, bus, train, car hire or ferry company). The obligations and responsibilities of the company shall also be limited where international conventions in respect of air or sea carriers apply.

Alterations by the Client
If the client wishes to change their booking in any way after the confirmation invoice has been issued, they must inform the company immediately, in writing, and the company reserves the right to charge 50 Euros per person per change to cover the additional administration involved, plus any additional charges imposed by schools or other suppliers (details available on request and please see the school´s Terms & Conditions).

Cancellation by the Client and Visa Problems
If the client wishes to cancel their booking this must be done in writing by the person made the online order. The date of cancellation will be taken as the date that the company receives the letter.

No refunds will be given for transfers.

In the case of cancellation or visa problems, the client will also be subject to the following charges, depending on the method used to provide the refund: 35 Euros for a bank transfer.

Conduct and behaviour
The Company reserves the right to cancel a Client's enrolment, with no refunds, in the event of misconduct or unsatisfactory behavior. The company undertakes to advise the client of any material changes known to it prior to the client's departure.

Currency Cross Rates
Usually the course prices are established in the currency of the country where the educational center is situated. One of the advantages of our web site is an option to count prices in various currencies. You can select a currency in the upper right corner of the page and recalculate the price in a currency which is favorable for you.
Please take into account that the cross rates are updated every day and can vary a little depending on the current cross rate. The total sum will be calculated in a favorable currency in accordance with the current cross rate for the day of booking.
